WALL SYSTEM
20mm cavity batten or 4mm hardies RAD board (Rigid air barrier), over 70mm wall battens @ 600 centres over 36mm Metrapanel wall system.

TRUSSES
Exposed timber trusses as 2.4 centres with 200×50 rafters @ 900 centres

Timber Fascia ex 200x25mm

ROOF & SPOUTING
Long run colour steel roofing over self supporting flame retardant roof underlay – ( colour steel max range )

ALUMINIUM JOINERY
Single glazed powdered coated aluminum windows and doors as per the drawings ( colour to be chosen duraloy generation 2 colour range )
Obscure glazing to the bathroom & WC windows, 6mm clear float to all other Joinery.

To supply ex-factory pre built decks@ 12.0m x 2.0m, built in 3 sections 4.0m x 2.0m, using premium grade pine.
To supply thermospan veranda roofing, 12@ 2.0m x 1.0m, aluminium “L” sections to fix to classroom. To supply 90 x 90 posts@ 3.0m centres (5 on )
To supply 190 x 90 glulam beams, 2@ 6.0m
